Before forming KAA, Ms. Mary Jane Arnold specialized in the management of multiple sales teams, leadership development and training sales managers to achieve results. Ms. Arnold joined Xerox Corporation as a sales rep in 1975, and progressed through sales and sales management assignments, reaching District Sales Manager in San Francisco and Oakland. Subsequently, she joined Home Federal Saving in San Diego to organize a sales force that catapulted Home Federal from no presence in Northern California to third position in mortgage lending. For the past 10 years she has been instrumental in developing the curriculum offered by Kirby, Arnold & Associates.
