Louie Strike has more than twenty years experience as a CEO, and is a CPA with extensive commercial bank lending and restructuring experience.   He has specialized in the areas of crisis management, restructuring, profit improvement, risk reduction; turnarounds, reorganizations and the development of exit strategies.  Working with international companies with sales of $4,000,000 to $100,000,000 in both the public and private sector, he has been in involved with both acquisitions and creative financing.  Louie’s industry experience includes manufacturing, wholesale distribution, health care, real estate and government contracting. 

Louie has lead championship management teams which have achieved impressive results to include:

  • As CEO of Modernfold, Inc., North America’s largest producer of operable walls, Modernfold enjoyed a 36% increase in volume over a three year period and a financial turnaround which reestablished its leadership position in the operable wall business in North America. 
  • As CEO of Cinpac, Inc., a defense contractor for MREs , a food processing and packaged goods firm, the company survived a Defense Department reduction of 33% in the US industrial base for combat rations after the first Gulf War.
  • As CEO of Lodge & Shipley, Inc., a machine tools and packaging equipment manufacturer, the company returned to profitability after eleven years of losses against stiff competition from German and Japanese machine tool builders.   
  • As CFO, COO and CEO of The Hess & Eisenhardt Manufacturing Company in the automotive industry, his team increased worldwide sales volume four-fold through OEM contracts with General Motors and Jaguar Cars.  
  • As Second Vice President, Continental Bank of Chicago (now Bank of America), he successfully managed a $400,000,000 business loan portfolio.

He is a member ofYoung Presidents' Organization/World Presidents' Organization, Turnaround Management Association and The American Society of Quality Control.  Louie has authored 3 books: The Power of Business Ethics; Predicting Bankruptcy--Eight Principles of Strategy; and Wizard of Oz Management.   He has held numerous directorships and has sat on a number of advisory boards

Louie holds anMBA from The University of Chicago, a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Philosophy from The University of Utah.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
