Don Lavoie, is a business executive, experienced in leading hardware, software and information businesses with full P&L responsibility in large and emerging organizations. He has extensive experience in business strategy development, execution, product development and in creating innovative solutions to differentiate or reposition businesses. A strong leader known for putting together top-notch teams and for creating commitment and focus on priorities, Don has more than 27 years of successful business experience in positions of increasing executive management responsibilities.

Presently, Don is a principal of Developmetrics, a consulting team that specializes in the areas of profiling, executive assessment, coaching, interim CEO/Pres. operating assignments, strategy development, and team building.

Prior to his work with Developmetrics, Don was the interim Chief Operating Officer for iSearch an application service provider offering enterprise solutions for resume processing /storage/ retrieval to the Fortune 1000. iSearch was recognized as one of the Top Fifty fastest growing companies in L.A. in 2000 by Deloitte & Touche. Prior to iSearch Don was President of Westec Interactive Security where he managed the Business security division and a new emerging venture in Remote interactive security.

Previous to joining Westec, Don was the Vice President and General Manager of Experian Business Information Services, formerly TRW, which markets commercial credit information and business risk assessment services online to credit and risk management executives worldwide. His responsibilities included full P&L through his 10 year business association. Revenue grew approximately 500% with profit growing at over 30% compounded for the period.

Don began his career at Xerox where he distinguished himself over the 18 years with rapidly ascending positions from sales management, branch and regional Management positions, to several national sales and marketing positions including the National Sales Manager for Advanced Products (Docutech).

Don is currently serving on private company advisory boards, and has served on other numerous public and private boards in the past including The California Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Don received his Ph.D. from Pacific Western University; an MBA from Pepperdine University; and his BA in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from Cal State University, Sacramento.
